Year 11 have been exploring the topic of finance in PSHE this term, learning about important concepts such as budgeting, profit, income, loss, and marketing. To put their learning into practice, the students will be running the Heaven Eleven Cafe on the last day of term.

They’ll be selling a delicious selection of treats, including cheese platters, fruit salad, Spanish omelette, juice, and matcha.

The hands-on project has  been a fantastic way for students to apply their financial knowledge while developing teamwork, communication, and entrepreneurial skills. Pupils are hoping to make a profit to re-invest in future ventures.
