Mercedez Benz trip
Key Stage 4 pupils had the opportunity to visit Mercedez Benz earlier this term and find out the story of the Formula 1 Team and what goes into building a racing car. F1 enthusiast Micah wrote about the trip.
In November Year 11 and some year 10s went to the Mercedes Benz World. We got there by a minibus.
What we did is that we were told the story about the Mercedes F1 Team and then we did the simulator.
The Mercedes trip was in Weybridge, Surrey, UK, at the historic Brooklands motor racing circuit.
The reason why we went is because it is for the school trip and to have fun and students will learn more about the story of Mercedes. It was a really good trip. I still prefer Red Bull though!
