Pizza making at Pizza Express
Year 11 pupils tried their hands at making pizza in a restaurant last week. They headed over to Pizza Express and were shown the ropes. Student, Tim has written about the experience.
Last week, Year 11 went on a trip to Pizza Express.
A member of Pizza Express introduced themselves and they demonstrated what we were going to do.
We had to straighten the edges of the pizza, spread the tomato sauce and sprinkle the cheese. Making the pizza was really easy.
The most fun part was spreading the tomato sauce and sprinkling cheese.
What did you do with the pizzas you made? We brought them back to school and ate them in the canteen. I don’t like pizza so I gave my pizza to Ms Godoy.
The Year 11’s enjoyed the experience. It was was fun, exciting and interesting and we got to see what working in a restaurant is like.
