Year 11's visit The Gentlemen Baristas
On Monday 30th January, our Year 11s took part in a Careers & Transition afternoon at The Gentlemen Baristas in Hammersmith.
They got to be a part of the behind the scenes action of a Café kitchen and learnt about the world of food photography. The students made smashed avocado toast with seeds, chilli and amaranth. It was a really successful afternoon that showed the students what working in the hospitality industry looks like.
