Jeans for Genes Day 2024: A Fun and Meaningful Day for a Great Cause

In September, our school once again took part in the national Jeans for Genes Day, an annual fundraiser supporting children and families affected by genetic disorders.

On Friday 20 September, staff and students embraced the opportunity to wear their favourite denim for the day, in exchange for a small donation. This year, we are proud to announce that we raised £70 for this vital cause!

It was great to see the enthusiasm from our school community, who continue to support important causes like this one. The funds raised will contribute to groundbreaking research, advocacy, and support services provided by the Jeans for Genes charity, helping to improve the lives of children and families across the UK.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part! Your participation and generosity make a real difference.
