PSHE lessons this term have focussed on personal finance and the enterprise project has supported pupils to develop their understanding of money and their entrepreneurial skills - launching their own business.

Pupils made a budget to buy the items they needed, created posters to advertise the sale and slides to go into Form Time Notices. Pupils also went out and bought the different ingredients and other items required for the sale and finally organised the sale in the school today, interacting with customers, taking money and giving changes as required.

Pupils and staff were delighted to have some different snack options at breaktime and the feedback was really positive from customers and the entrepreneurs themselves.

Pupils will be working out their takings from the sale and hoping that they have made a profit. If they have, they are going to put this towards the Year 11 Leavers' Events at the end of the year.
