Market Stall Success for Year 11 Entrepreneurs.

On Wednesday, 12th March, our Year 11 students took part in the Westminster Council Pitch Ready Market Stall initiative as a part of their Preparing for Adulthood classes.
This exciting project challenged students to work in teams to design, budget, and create their own products, which they then sold at a market stall outside Westminster Cathedral. As part of the experience, each team developed a unique brand identity for their product, gaining valuable entrepreneurial skills along the way.
Our talented students showcased a fantastic range of handmade and sustainable products, including:
The Candle Wicks – Handmade beeswax candles in a selection of soothing scents: lavender, vanilla, sweet orange and lemon, and peppermint.
The Soap Chandlers – Beautifully crafted crystal soaps, each paired with an exfoliating wash bag.
Amer Bottle Company – Custom-designed aluminium water bottles with unique branding of football teams and other interests.
The Mason Jar Company – Stylish mason jars featuring designs for Mother's Day and reusable straws.
Blooming Brilliant – Luxurious bath bombs infused with flowers and essential oils for a relaxing experience.
Calming Balms – Nourishing shea butter and beeswax lip balms in honey & vanilla and peppermint varieties.
The event was a fantastic opportunity for students to develop creativity, teamwork, and business acumen, all while engaging with the local community and raising money for The Carers Network.
