Four of our Year 11 students have been working hard over Term 2 and 3 with Ms Fusella as part of their Options programme to set up and run their very own student café.
Two members of staff at SMBS, Mr A (Humanities) and Ms Mumbi (RS), have been involved in an exciting national project in partnership with Historic Royal Palaces, as part of the development of a new educational resource called Wordless Stories.

Key Stage 4 pupils had the opportunity to visit Mercedez Benz earlier this term and find out the story of the Formula 1 Team and what goes into building a racing car. F1 enthusiast Micah wrote about the trip.

On Wednesday 25th September, a group of 14 excited students had the fantastic opportunity to attend the on-stage production of Hercules at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
On 26 September, we celebrated European Day of Languages in school — a fantastic opportunity to recognise and enjoy the wonderful range of languages spoken in our community.
On Friday 19 September, SMBS once again marked Jeans for Genes Day
