The St Marylebone CE Bridge School (SMBS) is a secondary special school in the London borough of Westminster.

The school educates pupils from the ages of 11 through to 16 in Years 7 through to Year 11. Pupils’ primary barrier to learning relates to language disorder. All pupils on roll have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Admissions come from a wide range of local authorities. Consultation for placements are managed by the local authority SEN Team where the pupil lives.
